

These apartments are on the edge of an estate for Residential Tourism which will have full amenities, restaurants, supermarkets etc. They are on the coastal road and half way between Hurghada and El Gouna. Only 10 minutes by car from Hurghada airport and 10 minutes from the centre oh Hurghada, and are only 150 metres from the sea and a public beach.
There are two buildings each containing 4 apartments, which have been designed to suit the tastes of the British Market. The apartments are 110 square metres with 2 bedrooms, one with an en suite, an open plan lounge and kitchen area. The main bathroom does have a bath and the en suite has a shower. Each bedroom has a balcony and so does the lounge.

The Iberotel Hotel is only 300 metres away, and you can use their facilities and the beach. There are two public beaches within 150 metres and it is possible to set up a kite school or a diving centre on those beaches.
